訓(xùn)練的時候要采用五步精刷法，把文章吃透：
聽第一遍：記筆記，并做題
聽第二遍：訂正錯題，錯的地方重新聽若干遍，分析錯題原因并記錄到本子上
聽第三遍：對著文本聽，積累單詞、詞組、不熟悉的詞形變音
聽第四遍：整理筆記，看信號詞有無遺漏，積累不熟悉的信號詞;概括每段段意和對應(yīng)考題出題點，整理文章結(jié)構(gòu)
聽第五遍：跟讀難點段落，體會語音語調(diào)并努力模仿
