從昆山龍哥事件看雅思媒體類作文咋寫

小編：長安 578昆山龍哥事件的熱度已經(jīng)持續(xù)了幾天，由龍哥這個(gè)事件引發(fā)的一系列的社會討論，其實(shí)就是整個(gè)事件的社會意義。社會最為關(guān)注的就是反殺哥最終的罪名如何，這也成了大家以及一些專業(yè)媒體爭論的焦點(diǎn)。由此可見，龍哥事件的第二段熱度肯定是在案件開庭審理的時(shí)候。接下來，各位小伙伴請系好安全帶。我不飆車，我急轉(zhuǎn)彎。人家都是以案說法，北京環(huán)球教育楊亮老師以案說題。
對于刑事案件的庭審被媒體播出的優(yōu)點(diǎn)和缺點(diǎn)對比，也是雅思考官比較喜歡的寫作題目之一。兩年前，就和廣大考生見過面。當(dāng)時(shí)的原題如下：

暫且不說這道題的對錯(cuò)是非，面對這種題目，大家完全可以"零走心"地就將開頭段寫好。
The criminal trials, in some countries of the world, can oftentimes attract the attention from the public, and hence they are usually broadcasted by the media. As a result, the public begins analyzing and comparing the possibly positive and negative influences of this.
一個(gè)很簡單的背景加點(diǎn)題的開頭段。在此，筆者也沒有說明自己的立場，因?yàn)楹笪臅攸c(diǎn)強(qiáng)調(diào)。
乍一看這道題，我還是有點(diǎn)小懵的。作為一個(gè)《法治中國60分》的忠實(shí)觀眾，我真心不覺得庭審記錄為什么不能播。我天天看啊。（看了這個(gè)欄目名稱的小伙伴可能有個(gè)疑惑，怎么才60分？剛剛及格是嗎？其實(shí)這是60分鐘的意思。）既然如此，那咱們就先來說說這播出庭審內(nèi)容的好處。
On the one hand, the real trials shown on TV are surely the most vivid reference for every televiewer to learn laws. Chiefly, compared with what people usually learn by reading law books, legal knowledge that people see on TV programs certainly leaves them much deeper impression, inasmuch as video and audio materials perform extremely better than traditional books on imparting knowledge to people. Additionally, via seeing criminal suspects finally punished by laws, some would-be offenders will be deterred to a great extent. Criminal trails help them understand the cost of committing crimes, and the expression of regret on criminals' faces on the court will never be erased in these potential outlaws' mind especially when they tend to do something violating the law.
明眼人一眼就能看得出來，這不就是一篇文章的主段嗎？的確如此。這個(gè)主段說了兩個(gè)轉(zhuǎn)播刑事案件庭審的好處。首先就是轉(zhuǎn)播的庭審其實(shí)是各位電視觀眾學(xué)習(xí)法律知識的很好的素材。這次的龍哥事件，教會了多少網(wǎng)友什么叫"正當(dāng)防衛(wèi)"(justifiable self-defense)和"防衛(wèi)過當(dāng)"(undue defense)。相信在該案件庭審期間，類似的專業(yè)法律知識的討論肯定會是各位網(wǎng)友關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)。
此外，這種庭審的轉(zhuǎn)播對于那些潛在的犯罪分子肯定會起到很大程度的威懾作用。讓他們也看看，那些曾經(jīng)窮兇極惡的犯罪分子們在法律面前是如何以淚洗面和悔恨不已的。這次龍哥事件之后，他生前的那些渾身文著各種皮皮蝦，生蠔，扇貝和小龍蝦的兄弟們也都應(yīng)該收斂許多。再不思悔改，龍哥在九泉之下等著他們一起斗地主。
由此可見轉(zhuǎn)播庭審的好處不少，那么為什么還會有些人對此有顧慮呢？
On the other hand, objectors on this issue assert that some certain information of criminal trails might do harm to some particular groups of people. To be more specific, the privacy of both victims and criminal suspects might be violated. Furthermore, some detailed description of process of committing crimes may be overly cruel to the public. Notwithstanding, the above two possibly adverse effects of showing criminal trials on TV, in fact, can be avoided easily. Qualified media, without a shadow of a doubt, know what they should broadcast and what they should not. In no way does showing criminal trials on TV mean every piece of detailed information on the court should be seen by televiewers.
這自然就是這篇文章的第二個(gè)主段。在這個(gè)主段中，先是強(qiáng)調(diào)了轉(zhuǎn)播庭審可能會帶來的消極影響。首先就是案件的受害者和嫌疑人的個(gè)人隱私可能被侵犯。這一點(diǎn)相信大家都可以秒懂。尤其是在這個(gè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)時(shí)代，人肉搜索可不是開玩笑的。提句題外話，這里的人肉搜索通常被翻譯成cyber manhunt。
這次昆山龍哥事件中，無論是龍哥本身還是反殺哥，他們的個(gè)人信息在網(wǎng)上基本被扒的清清楚楚。龍哥生前三番五次地被公安機(jī)關(guān)打擊處理，可謂是劣跡斑斑罄竹難書了。至于反殺哥的個(gè)人信息雖不多，但是也足夠具體了。這其實(shí)是對當(dāng)事人的不尊重，有些信息的披露甚至?xí)嫦佑|犯相關(guān)法律。此外正如上一篇推文中我指出的一樣，網(wǎng)上流傳的打斗視頻有些沒有加碼，一些較為血腥和暴力的鏡頭完全被公之于眾。對于一些觀眾或者讀者而言，可能會造成他們的不適。這些都是如果庭審現(xiàn)場被媒體報(bào)道之后，可能會導(dǎo)致的消極影響。
這個(gè)段落，到這里并未結(jié)束，而是開始反駁這些所謂的缺點(diǎn)。其實(shí)，合格的媒體自然懂得如何刪減這些內(nèi)容，它們對于什么可以播什么不可以播清楚的很。通過媒體例如電視來播放庭審現(xiàn)場絕不是意味著要把庭審現(xiàn)場的所有細(xì)節(jié)都公示天下。一些內(nèi)容要被回避，一些內(nèi)容要做處理。這樣一個(gè)反駁的邏輯，就簡要地突顯了筆者的主觀立場。
所以本文的結(jié)尾段可以比較簡潔。
To sum up, with the media being aware of protecting people's privacy and avoiding unnecessary information, broadcasting criminal trials by the media is surely advantageous to the whole society.
這篇文章還未寫完的時(shí)候，該事件的消息再次刷爆網(wǎng)絡(luò)。原來昆山市公安局對該事件的處理結(jié)果做了一個(gè)通報(bào)。簡言之，反殺哥的行為被官方定性為正當(dāng)防衛(wèi)，檢察機(jī)關(guān)不予起訴。相信這個(gè)通報(bào)會給該事件畫上一個(gè)句號。
