rent/ on lease /letting
price 價格（cheap便宜； reasonable 價格合理的；expensive 貴的）
rent/rental 租金
deposit 押金
utility bill水電費賬單；包括（water bill/electricity bill/gas bill/ phone bill）
pay the rent monthly/on a month(ly) basis
租房類人物涉及：
the owner/ landlord/landlady 房屋所有者；（男）房東；（女）房東
housing agent房屋中介
international student 留學生
房屋類型：
accommodation；住宿（這個可是官方給到的特別容易拼錯的單詞哦）
live on campus 住校；live off campus 不住校
premise 房產(chǎn)；estate 地產(chǎn)
